You will likely be the first person a potential patient sees or hears in our office, so being a happy voice/face goes a long way to making a good first impression for all of us. We also work hard to retain our existing patients so being able to resolve any issues that may arise in a positive way is a must. We are looking for a people person who enjoys working with people both over the phone and in the office. We strive to impress all our patients at each encounter, so we expect everyone to go the extra mile for each patient (just how you would want to be treated).
You will be expected to handle phone calls professionally and work hard to answer any questions patients may have, with a positive attitude. You will be expected to be self-motivated as there is always something to do and idle time can be spent catching up with ongoing projects. We require some medical coding or reception experience and optical/optometric office experience would be preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
