Pt/Ft Manager International Exchange Students
STUDENT EXCHANGE ORGANIZATION SEEKING MANAGER
CETUSA seeks a part-time, but can develop into a full-time, manager for international high school exchange program. Manage a local team of Community Coordinators to place and supervise international exchange students. The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge/experience/attributes:

Communication and cross-cultural communication
Stellar verbal and written skills
Self-starter, open-minded, and flexible

Experience with teens
Performing weekly team conference calls
Weekly 1-1 coaching and supervision calls
Holding a monthly meeting and training session
Recruiting qualified host families and community coordinators
Training coordinators
Setting goals, benchmarks and working to achieve them
Attend training/workshops when required.
Experience with quality J-1 Secondary School Program a must! Salaried position, expense reimbursement, bonus structure and international travel incentives. Join a dynamic and caring management team that makes a difference!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
