Requirements:
Knowledge of plastic extrusions (Polymers & resins) and Aerospace materials and properties is required.
Ability to interpret and understand Aerospace materials standards.
Must have a self-driven personality and be a positive, motivating change agent with a team oriented management style.
Minimum of 5 years multidisciplinary supply chain management experience including sourcing and managing value-add supplier.
MRP and/or ERP experience required.
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management or related discipline required.
APICS certification a plus
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include driving development and sourcing of new materials and components, establishing and qualifying new suppliers, and negotiating and managing supplier agreements and contracts. Monitors, develops, and tracks supply chain performance in compliance to AS9100 standards. Manages and controls material scrap and obsolescence, Raw Material, and Finished Goods inventory levels and directs annual physical inventories. Generates and analyzes monthly material KPI data and required reports. Establishes procedures and instructions for the department.
Bonus eligibleEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
