Position
Summary:


Nurses will be trained to work on the Medical, Surgical, and PCU areas of Trios Southridge Hospital. The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served within the ICU, CCU, Cath Lab and ER cluster. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with Trios Health standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, vision and values of Trios Health. He/she remains flexible to changing systems - is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.


Minimum
Qualifications:


Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Washington State License. AHA HCP (BLS for healthcare providers) required. Must be energetic, fast paced and have computer experience. RN's with 2
yrs. experience highly preferred.

Wage Scale:
$40.01 - $74.17


BONUS BASED ON YEARS OF
Experience:


$10,000 sign-on bonus offered to New Graduates


$15,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 1-3 years of experience


$25,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 3
years of experience
