What will you do in this job? Responsible for accurate, organized filing, upload, archive, and safeguarding of hiring and personnel records.
Support hiring process functions such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference calls, background checks, subsequent background checks, etc.
Manage leaves in compliance with federal/state and local employment laws and regulations to include leave type allocation and timecard annotations.
Assemble materials and support special projects and events such as benefit enrollment, workplace safety, onboarding etc.
Front desk coverage as needed.
Support clerical functions of the Goodwill central office.
This position qualifies for the following
Benefits:
Starting rate:
$23.
00/hour followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $25.
88/hour.
Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service.

Enrollment eligibility following one year of service and have worked 1,000 hours in the first year or any calendar year thereafter, or 500-1000 hours each year for three consecutive years.

Fulltime, nonexempt position.
Days and hours are typically business hours Monday through Friday.
However, this position may entail working outside of regular business hours to accommodate the demands of the business.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
