MLT:
$25.43 - $35.61


Performs and reports waived, non waived and highly complex, routine and STAT laboratory tests in chemistry, serology, urinalysis, immunohematology, hematology, and microbiology. Answers technical questions pertaining to the test performance and medical significance of the ranges associated with that test. Able to recognize problems, identify the cause (technical or instrumental) and make simple corrections by using present strategies. Performs and monitors quality control and maintenance procedures within predetermined parameters. Develop and modify procedures as directed by Supervisor. Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree in a Chemical, Physical or Biological Science with one (1) year clinical internship; Registry:
ASCP or AMT certified. Must possess good visual acuity, including color perception.
