Must thoroughly like working with 18 months through 5-year-old age group.
A coach will be able to work independently and manage children in a class setting.

Shift Schedule These coaching opportunities will be part-time for the Summer Season.
Programs will run Mondays-Friday in the morning from 9am - 12pm with additional opportunities to work with other ages groups for more hours.
Program Overview:
Skyhawks Sports Academy is a franchisor of child development programs that uses a variety of fun games to delight and engage kids in physical activity.
The curriculum is professionally designed to develop motor skills, promote physical fitness, and create self-confidence in young children.
It stresses a non-competitive environment and promotes fun above all else.
Successful candidate will be highly motivated, outgoing, patient, works well with kids ages 18 months to 5 years old in a class setting.
Must be able to drive to multiple class locations in the Spokane area throughout the week, have excellent communication skills, and provide superior customer service.
Job Description:
Coach 5-15 hours a week.
Early evening hours during the week, and Saturday mornings.
Programming is held outdoors and indoors Instructs for 1-4 hours per day.
Light administrative duties.
Sports background helpful, but not the main consideration.

Responsibilities:
-Be a great communicator and work closely with your Program Director and fellow Coaches -Assist with program planning and implementation -Help setup equipment and prepare participant giveaways -Lead instruction with a group of participants throughout the entirety of the program -Cultivate positive camp/program environment for all participants All staff are expected to commit to the full duration of assigned programs:
- You will be assigned to multiple classes that take place during afternoons, evenings and weekends typically once per week over four to eight weeks
Qualifications:
-A high-energy, enthusiastic demeanor -Multi-sport background preferred -Flexible, adaptable, and a good communicator -Responsible and committed to following through on assignments -Some experience working with kids (not required) -Some experience coaching youth sports (not required) -Some supervisory experience (not required) -Desire to build experience developing youth and/or teaching sports -A passion for and interest in developing leadership skills -Reliable Source of Transportation
