If you are not yet a WA State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, a paid apprenticeship is open to qualified individuals.

years of completed college credits and computer proficiency is desired.
Property inspections are typically within 25 miles but can be 50-60 miles distant.
Research and reports can be completed from your home with remote support from our office staff.
Schedules are flexible, however we are seeking an appraiser without other significant work obligations.
