64 per hour to start 40 hours guaranteed Benefits after 30 days including Medical and Dental 401K after 90 days with company contribution of 5% plus matching 2 weeks vacation after 1 year 11 paid holidays per year Shift differential is.
75 cents per hour for off shifts.
Opportunity for career advancement After on the job training, the Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery and material handling equipment on the production floor.
Machinery ranges from simple machines to complex computerized equipment including:
overhead cranes, straightening machinery, lathes, vacuum blasting, cutting machinery, and hand tools such as grinders and calipers.
Shift Hours You must be able to work Day shift (6:
00 am to 4:
30 pm), and/or Swing shift (4:
20 pm to 2:
20 am).
About You Candidates should have a can-do attitude and possess a strong work ethic.
You should have a track record of dependability and safety and be able to learn on the job.
Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, work in a loud manufacturing environment, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
A high school diploma or GED is required.
