00pm Job Duties:
o Maintain, monitor and update automated time keeping system.
o Time and attendance tracking for all hourly employees o Process weekly payroll and send to corporate office for final payment o Work closely with HR/Finance in researching payroll issues and submitting discrepancies.
o Organize, maintain and file HR paperwork for company personnel; such as, promotions, wages, benefits, absences, training status, and terminations.
o Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities (interviews, orientation, etc.
) o Create badges for new hires and replacement badges for current employees.
o Update and maintain door/key lock program.
o Create and maintain employee schedules in scheduling program.
o Address/assist with employee concerns and questions, and determine an appropriate course of action, either referring employees to appropriate staff or resolving situations.
o Maintain and Develop Employee Information Board to communicate plant wide information o Daily personal contact with all plant departments to resolve or refer questions/problems.
o Assist & coordinate employ.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
