Here are the key responsibilities of this position:
Recruitment Support, as needed to back-up the Talent Acquisition team:
Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information to integrate seamlessly into the company.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic information on HR policies and procedures.
Support the resolution of minor employee relations issues under the guidance of HR leadership.
Benefits Administration:
Assist with benefits enrollment processes and address basic benefits-related inquiries from employees.

This is a hourly, non-exempt position.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, strongly preferred.
HR internship or related experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
