1M - $5M projects (typical amounts) Project Management capabilities within primary area of discipline, including designing, engineering, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and contracting and supervising suppliers / contractors Ability to consider different alternatives for process, machinery, automation and layout, and the ability to explain these to others (client / stakeholders) Ability for ideation of projects by giving input to the technical feasibility and capabilities Travel less than 20%
Qualifications:
education and experience Bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum of 0-5 years project engineering experience (food production / processing industry preferred) Demonstrate excellent project management and change management skills (with respect to process, content, and team) Experience with AutoCAD and 3D Modelling software is preferred Multi-disciplinary:
general knowledge of several applicable disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, logistics, environmental, raw materials, production, operations, supply chain, etc.
) Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Highly driven team player who works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation Highly analytical and creative through problem solving / solution-based approach Job Type:
