95 an hour 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago Essential Job Functions Strategic Planning In partnership with the Director of Workforce Development implement strategic plans for the expansion of the community-based workforce and workforce development activities, aligning with overall organizational goals.
Assess and evaluate needs, in partnership and collaboration with communities- workforce gaps and training needs necessary to accomplish goals of GHN strategic priorities.
Work to plan, develop, and implement a GHN Community-Based Workforce Network and subsequent events or trainings.
Provide structured support, mentoring/coaching, and technical assistance for the community-based workforce (CBW) and CBW supervisors across multiple partner agencies within the GHN Region.
Community Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for workforce initiatives and development.
Act as a liaison between the organization and the communities served, ensuring an inclusive and culturally sensitive approach.
Support no wrong-door policy through engagement and referral of partner agencies to GHN programs and supports.
Recruitment and Onboarding Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and skilled workforce from within the community.
Develop streamlined onboarding processes in partnership with community-based organizations to integrate new community-based workforce seamlessly into their new roles.
Training and Development Collaborate with internal team members and community-based organizations to create and implement training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of community-based workers.
Provide structured support, mentoring/coaching, and technical assistance for the community-based workforce (CBW) and CBW supervisors across multiple partner agencies within the Greater Health Now Region.
Ensure and provide facilitation support for CBW training opportunities across the GHN Region.
Performance Management Work with the Manager of Community-Based Care Coordination to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of the community-based workforce.
Implement performance management systems to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
Establish regular check-ins with community-based workforce hired through GHN's Community-Based Workforce Expansion Program.
Round regularly with community-based organizations contracted through GHN's Community Based Workforce Expansion Program to ensure they are upholding contract deliverables and community-based workforce is being utilized appropriately.
Resource Allocation Work with the GHN team to review and allocate resources efficiently to support the expansion and sustainability of the Community-Based Workforce Expansion Program.
Work with GHN team to identify and pursue funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to support workforce initiatives and sustainability of the Community-Based Workforce Expansion Program.
Data Analysis and Reporting Work with GHN's Community Contracts Coordinator to collect data related to workforce expansion, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making within the GHN team.
Greater Health Now Operations Contributes to operations of the GHN Regional Hub.
Represent GHN in community meetings and events both virtually and in person.
Supports existing contractual relationships throughout GHN's Jurisdiction.
