1.
Coordinates jobsite needs for projects which includes scheduling trailers, Conex containers, portable toilets, drinking water, dumpsters, recycling containers, hard hat needs, and jobsite signage 2.
Performs project setup and start up 3.
Creates, sends, finalizes and tracks subcontract agreements, purchase orders, master service agreements and work orders 4.
Performs vendor setup as needed 5.
Organizes job site contact information 6.
Creates, sends and tracks project submittals 7.
Reviews and processes certified payroll 8.
Performs project Close-Out tasks (O&M, Training & Extra Stock etc.
) 9.
Performs weekly progress reports and assists with miscellaneous marketing 10.
Ensures efficient flow of communication via email, change orders and other support tasks Secondary Job Duties/Responsibilities 1.
Acts as secondary phone attendant 2.
Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned 3.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
