As the project manager you'll work side by side with our account managers, design team, and installers to coordinate and lead projects, communicate deadlines throughout production and maintain outstanding client relations.
You'll work with wholesale suppliers and distributors to get cost estimates, purchase product, and track the outsourced manufacturing process.
You will work closely with design and sales to supply details and review drawings for sign projects.

Must be a quick thinker and resourceful.
Great customer service and comfortable on the phone communicating with vendors, clients, etc Personable and motivated self-starter driven to create personal and team success High positive energy and team oriented person Handle multiple projects at one time and communicate clearly Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
).
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
Experience in an office environment // Your Day to Day Role Actively communicate with production team and clients on the status of relevant projects Contact suppliers as required to obtain information and pricing for estimating jobs.
Estimate the costs associated with proposed projects and calculate pricing that yields the desired profit margin.
Work closely with Sales, and Design when questions arise as to materials, manufacturing and alternative options Permit acquisition Finish work including completion of closeout items at project end.
Complete surveys as needed.
Travel may be necessary, depending on specific client needs & location.
Verify pricing and job scope are correct prior to releasing job to accounting for invoicing.
