This individual will travel to various job sites to maintain site cleanliness, as well as assisting with cleaning duties at our office.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing - Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas - Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap - Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers - Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning - Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting Bi-lingual is preferred In addition to offering a very competitive wage, qualified candidates can expect a light hearted, customer centered work environment with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
