ED Charts:
Assembly & analysis combined - 100 charts/day (13/hr).
Assembly as separate function:
123 charts/day (16/hr).
This includes chart retrieval from the units and sorting of miscellaneous papers/filing.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least six months experience.
Performs a variety of clerical duties in support of the Health Information Department functions.
Salary Range:
