Export documentation for shipments
Cash transactions and posting
Cash receipts posting
Coding expense reports for employee reimbursement
Track the demo and loaner instruments
Maintain sales log and prepare corresponding reports
Management reporting of key business metrics
Posting journal entries
Reconciliation of GL accounts
Other various accounting projects as needed
Minimum - Associate Degree in Accounting with 2 to 5 years'' accounting experience (or equivalent)
Experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written)
Self motivated while flexible and able to work well with others and as a team
comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, high-tech environment
Proven attention to detail and concern for a high standard of quality
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications - primarily Excel
Experience in international, cross-cultural communications a plus
Experience in MAS 90 or SAP accounting software
Well rounded accounting experience preferred
Will consider temp to regular candidates
